On behalf of the Interchange team, I’m excited to share a major milestone in our journey to building a truly world-class product for our industry: we’ve successfully executed our first live trade.

Earlier today, we purchased one share of Coinbase (COIN) entirely end-to-end through our proprietary software platform - designed, built, and operated by our small but exceptionally talented team.

This first live trade marks the culmination of an extraordinary amount of technology, business, and regulatory work completed over the past 18 months. It’s a foundational moment for Interchange and a meaningful validation of what we’ve been building.

What makes this milestone especially significant is that every layer of our platform is proprietary. There are no legacy vendors under the hood, just deep effort, ingenuity, and hard-won experience from a team uniquely skilled at building industry-compliant software that not only works successfully, but operates at the highest possible standard.
