Business Continuity Plan
Last updated: August 05, 2025Interchange Clearing LLC (“Interchange Clearing”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan on how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we must be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur.
Contacting Us
If during or after a significant business disruption, you cannot contact us as you usually do at 855-468-7934, go to our website at www.interchange.com to send us a message via email.
Our Business Continuity Plan
We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the Firm’s books and records, and allowing our correspondents to transact business. In short, our business continuity plan is designed to permit our Firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption. Our business continuity plan addresses: data backup and recovery; mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with our correspondents, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; critical supplier, contractor, bank and counter-party impact; regulatory reporting; and assuring customers of our correspondents prompt access to their funds and securities if we are unable to continue our business.
Varying Disruptions
Significant disruptions may affect a single office, an entire business district, or even a larger region. Thanks to our distributed and hybrid setup, we can swiftly transition to remote work or shift operations to an unaffected site, ensuring critical functions resume within the same day. We will keep you informed via our website at www.interchange.com and our emergency hotline at 855-468-7934. In the event of a disruption so severe that it threatens our continued operations, we remain committed to providing prompt access to your funds and securities.
